This has been applied with Jaguar and Land Rover to test the sensitive issue of luxury branding and environmental issues with their customers. Having trailed these techniques National Opinion Polls have adopted these to further work with luxury car owners.
We continue to develop these techniques and now have a series of approaches based on industry sectors that allow for valued customer focus group and in-depth interviews.
Using graphical techniques to enable Board and senior management to cut through blockages and reduce eye strain, we help increase the productivity of strategy away days. Team leaders and business managers can engage with their workforce to drive through ideas from the shop floor without fear of intimidation from poor spelling or handwriting, and by nature engage the creative side of all.

Mentoring & Coaching
We provide mentoring and coaching services for all levels be it Board members, Directors, Senior managers, or employees. The service is designed to work through the issues that an individual has in relation to the organisation, not the other way round. It is our belief that by working with the individual to discuss hopes, fears and their future that an organisation can develop holistically and with a happy workforce.
Our Managing Director, Gavin Wood, has been a Chairman and a Founder /Director. His experience of Board and Senior management means that he has the insight required to recognise blocks and strengths in individuals relating to their working role. He has worked in private, public and the charity and voluntary sector. He has a professional qualification in Management Coaching and Mentoring from the Chartered Management Institute.
